Dance Concert with Strengjarhaugen Spelemannslag.

Welcome to a concert and dance with Strengjarhaugen Spelemannslag at the Hardanger Folk Museum, Wednesday, September 24th at 7:30 PM. This performance features students from Ole Bull Academy in Voss, who are passionate about sharing folk music and traditional dances in the most diverse way possible. The folk music group consists of vocals, fiddle, accordion, torader, and of course, bass and guitar. The group will be led by Vegar Vårdal. With a final performance from the National Folk Dance Festival behind them, we can confidently say that this is excellent dance music, and we hope you’ll bring your dancing shoes. In addition, there will be pieces where you can simply sit back and experience how today’s talents interpret and perform our cultural heritage. Heartfelt welcome to the concert.
